Description
This is a pretty cool solo on how to use what I call the double blues scales over a dominant tonality. I go into detail on how use two blues scale over a dominant chord. For example, if you are playing over A7, I show you how to use the F# blues scale going up and the A blues scale coming down. I also show you which notes to band and how to resolve the lines. I have written out a PDF in each of the 12 keys with the blues scales on them. Your job is to learn the lines, master the scales and develop some great blues licks of your own. I demonstrate everything on my tenor sax.(Audio & Video)

I just watched your Dominant Double Blues lesson – it is very clear, and easy to understand. It’s such a simple concept, and yet it sounds so good when applied. Thank you very much. This is the first lesson of yours I’ve tried. I will definitely be back for more!
best regards,

I absolutely love this lesson. I only had a chance to shed this for a couple of hours before I had to play at church yesterday and it has improved my playing already.
